Burn Ban Details

Burning restrictions (Burn Ban) in areas outside the Urban Growth Area, become effective at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, July 13th, 2024 until further notice.

The burn ban applies to outdoor debris burning. Recreational campfires are allowed if built in improved fire pits, such as those typically found in local, county, and state parks and in commercial campgrounds. On private land, recreational fires are permitted when built according to the regulations outlined in the pdf, left.
